The City of Hayward welcomes your maps of neighborhoods, communities of interest, or complete district boundary proposals. Initial map submissions will be accepted until August 17, 2024. Final map submissions will be accepted until September 10.

How to Submit Maps
Submit maps and information regarding communities of interest:

Publicly submitted maps will be made available to view on the Public Comment page.
When submitting your proposed map, it would be helpful for you to include an explanation describing how your map meets the required statutory criteria for drawing districts. For example, you could describe how your map respects a specific neighborhood or community of interest by keeping it within a single district.
